I recently ordered a new camera from B&H Photo and it just arrived today! I am so excited and wanted to share some pictures I took with it this evening. I took pictures of flowers around my house and also a few of my cats. Also, for any 30 Rock fans out there, every time I've said "camera" today I've been saying it like Jenna Maroney. Cam-ah-rah.
You can see the pollen all over the bee's body
My kitty Shady
Pretty kitty Shifty. She looks kinda annoyed by me.
What a fantastic cam-ah-rah! I can't believe how sharp the images are. I don't think I have ever seen pollen on a bee with my naked eyes, much less with my camera.
Great pictures! My favorite is the bee! Love the pictures of Shady and Shifty! Love those names too. Shady looks like a short haired version of my Atticus and Shifty sort of looks like my Mitsubishi - yes that is really her name. Thank you for visiting me and following!!! I am following your lovely blog now! Look forward to getting to know you now! Your blog is lovely, it will be a delight to learn more!
Shady and Shifty are real cuties! And I'm loving the gorgeous pictures of the flowers...beautifully captured:) Thanks for visiting me and following me the other day! Happily following you back!~Poppy
shifty is a grey calico cat. We had Carmie , she is identical as your shifty. she lived to be 19 yrs. old. Took me down memory lane of one our family pets we do dearly loved.

Thanks, Judith. It is the Canon EOS-M. A small camera that you can carry around easily but takes awesome pictures! I am loving it!
